Overview
The Children's Center in Springfield and the mental health centers in Jacksonville and Lincoln provide comprehensive therapeutic care to children, adolescents and families, with the goal of restoring the child to optimum emotional well-being.
MHCCI provides a multidisciplinary continuum of outpatient services including individual, group, and family therapy, and psychiatric evaluation and treatment. As a community mental health center, MHCCI's clinicians work with other community providers, who are also involved with a client to develop comprehensive, cooperative relationships to enhance a child's functioning. Clinicians attend school and hospital staffings as needed. Services focus on preserving the integrity of the family and maximizing family responsibility and participation in planning and delivery of services.
